If booking is outside 90 days of departure, a 30% non refundable deposit is due within 60 days after booking and the fare must be paid in full at the 30th day before departure.
If booking is within 90 days of departure, a 30% non-refundable deposit is due within 30 days after booking and the fare must be paid in bull at the 30th day before departure.
If booking is within 30 days of departure the full fare needs to be paid within 5 days after booking.
If booking is outside 90 days of departure, a 30% non refundable deposit is due within 60 days after booking and the fare must be paid in full at the 30th day before departure.
If booking is within 90 days of departure, a 30% non-refundable deposit is due within 30 days after booking and the fare must be paid in bull at the 30th day before departure.
If booking is within 30 days of departure the full fare needs to be paid within 5 days after booking.
GIT
If booking is outside 150 days of departure, a 30% non-refundable deposit is due within 60 days after booking; 10% further deposit is due 90 days prior to departure.
If booking is within 150 days of departure, a 30% non-refundable deposit is due within 30 days after booking; 10% further deposit is due 90 days prior to departure.
If booking within 60 days of departure, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 10 days after booking
Final balances must be paid 30 days before departure or the booking my be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
The cruise has the right to ask for a down payment of 10% respectively 20% in the case that the cruise is heavily booked or another group booking has been requested.
The company reserves the full rights to release some or all the cabins not paid by the deadline.
Payments will be settled in US dollar or Vietnam Dong (actual exchange rate will be based on the selling rate published by VietCombank of Vietnam at the date of payment).
A final confirmation of bookings will only be issued when payments have been received.

Tour bookings
The tour price are Net in US dollar. Bank charges are not applied when payment is made by VISA or Master credit cards or travel cheque.
Child Discount
Children from 2 to under 12 years is generally granted a reduction of 50% of the tour price, provided that they are accompanied by at least two full paying adults and stays in the same room. An extra bed is fully charged as adult.
Deposit & Payment
A deposit of 50% of the tour price is required upon confirmation of your booking. Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions.
The remaining balance of the tour price (50%) is due upon arrival in Indochina, payable by credit card or at one of our offices in the region.
Cancellations & Refunds
+ Cancel 31 days prior to arrival, 25% of tour price non-refundable
+ Cancel between 15-30 days prior to arrival, 50% of tour price non-refundable
+ Cancel between 7-14 days prior to arrival, 75% of tour price non-refundable
+ Cancel within 6 days of arrival, 100% of tour price non-refundable
Unused Service
No refunds or exchanges can be made with respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, included in the tour price, but not utilized by the tour members.
Travel documents will be compiled and sent to you after the deposit has been received. These documents will be sent via email, and should be printed out by participants and retained as a receipt.
Responsibility
All possible care is taken to ensure that our suppliers maintain the highest possible standards. However, we are not responsible in any way for problems, however they arise, that result from the booking of services we do not directly control.
First Choice, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, servants or agents shall not be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to any events beyond our control.
Validty
This information is valid at the time of publication but is subject to change without prior notice. However, should any changes occur, they will be posted on the website immediately. However, should the Booking Terms change after the deposit is paid, the Booking Terms under which the deposit was paid shall apply.
Hotel Booking Terms
The following terms and conditions apply to hotel bookings made by you through your usage of www.halongbayguides.com
Making a reservation
You must use a credit card to guarantee a reservation. Total value of your reservation will be charged on your credit card when we re-confirm your booking by email (popularly used) or fax with hotel voucher attached. Receipt of this amount will be sent after we have received bank's notice, normally 2-3 days later. Amendments to your reservation must be notified to and agreed by First Choice
Cancellations & Cancellation Fees
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via email or fax. You do not have to pay any cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation accordingly to the hotel cancellation policy. In that case, we shall return the booking amount to your credit card. Otherwise, if you violate the cancellation policy given the hotel, the cancellation fee will be charged as hotel's policy. Cancellation policy vary accordingly to hotels and is set by the hotel. We have been trying to get the most favourable cancellation policy for you. First Choice will not charge you if the hotel does not request it.
